The ever growing gang issue is due to the initiating of younger kids everyday or called being jumped in. This article talks about how bad its really getting in Washington DC. and how the police and security at a school called " Friendship Charter School" no longer feel comfortable in keeping the students safe. It also talks about how the county is trying to make a new bus route and transportation routes to keep people from getting attacked and injured by the gangs. It states that most of the kids aka gang members are being arrested but are being let go within 2-3 days and right back on the street. There is an unbudgeted 20,000 dollars being used in running a shuttle for the people mainly the workers to get to these places of work.
I do not believe that it is going to be an affective choice to go with. Due to the fact that its not stopping any of the violence that is and will be happening. This is just an alternative way for the teachers and helpers to not be affected. The students who are being attacked everyday at these places and on the streets will still have to deal with it. Coming from the police chief and the other officers, that they do not feel comfortable in keeping the kids safe is the bigger issue. Making a new shuttle for everyone else is not saving the kids or helping them in anyway. It even states that there is a huge increase of unbudgeted money being used to do this. Now why wouldn't they use that money in a better way rather then just using it on a shuttle.
I feel that there could and should be better ways of protecting the children who are being affected by the gang members. Including the parental guidance that is needing for every child, thats where it should start. Kids who are being jumped into gangs everyday are getting younger and younger. They feel that they have no where else to go or no one else who will give and show them the support that they need in their lifes. This article makes me really angry, because the county is more worried about getting the helpers out of harms way but still leaving the kids in the hole. The hole as I call it is being stuck in the same spot as they are now. Not being protected by anyone and feeling that if they dont join a gang they will continue to be beat up and everything else. So lets worry more about the kids and the helpers, not just one of the other.

Why did Tiger reallywithdraw from the Players?

Tiger Woods has been the number one golf player in the world for for over 546 weeks in his entire carrer. This means that he has been so far ahead of all the other players in the PGA, that when he first got hurt with his knee, he took off for almost a year and came back and was still way out in front. Now there has been controversy in Tigers life having to do with him and his wife. Allegations state that Tiger has had numerous affairs. So after all this came out he took off from playing golf once again. Comes back and now is not playing like the Tiger that we all came to know and love to watch play. Its a very sad sight to see when ever other shot is either hit way to hard, or is being shanked to the left and end up some where in the woods, or often into another fairway all together.
Now that he seems to being starting to get passed all the termoil that he has had to endure everything else with his golf game seems to be starting to fall apart. The new thing is that Tiger has withdrawn from the Players Championship tournament. Why you ask, because he is saying that his neck is in an extreme amount of pain. But is this all true is the real question. Is Tiger really hurt again or is it because he is not playing up to the standard that is required of him and all the other players. Personally being a Tiger fan I would like to believe that he is hurt and not just giving up on a tournament becuase of the way that he is hitting the ball. Everyone has there stance on the subject, just like when he got into the car accident. But for now until more interviews are done from Tiger I am going to stand with him.
How I grew up and who I grew up with.
This are people who impacted my life as a young kid growing up in Seattle. I Was best friends with all of these guys who are in this video. I was really into break dancing as I was growing up. I have traveled all over the West Coast and battled other dance crews. I have also been in many different videos that were done at the shows. We have a what is called The Great Puyallup Fair, back in Washington state, that ever year me and my crew would go to and do shows for people to watch. We made a little bit of money by doing this. Which we used to do all our traveling for other shows and competitions. These days were some of the days of my life. I would not trade any of them for the world.

Reasearch Thesis
If something were to happen to a child who is in the care of an employee in a day care setting, the company should ultimately be held responsible as well as the employee who committed the act of abuse. There should be background and psychological background checks performed on the employees before and at random times throughout the time the person works for the company.

Research Topics
- Health care for young adults in America and how hard it is to obtain it.
- Alcohol versus Marijuana
The differences in how one is legal and the other is not. More people have died from the use of alcohol then marijuana. But yet all you have to be is a certain age to use alcohol.
- Daycare, and how a lot of daycare places dont do background checks upon hiring.
In a lot of place, companies do not do background checks on employees. If something happens to one of the children who is responsible. The company or the employee.
- Why send money to countries over seas, when here in the United States we need it?
Yes helping out others is a great thing, but not when your own people need the help to. Taking the goods away from us and shiping or flying it over to help. In the midst of helping them help us at the same time.

Eric Foreman and Ryan Park
This is a comparison of how Eric Foreman of “That 70’s Show,” and Ryan Park of the real world are alike and how they are different. Many of the things in my past relate the character Eric Foreman who is played by Topher Grace. We share many similarities including the things my friends and I would do to have a good time. Also a few dissimilarities like how my biological father, was not the father figure who was in the picture during those years.
There are a lot of things in my life that I can compare to Eric Foreman’s life. If you have ever watched the show, you know about how Eric has five very close friends. Also that they are mainly hanging out in the basement at Eric’s house. They are so close to one another, they spend just about every single day together. They always have something to do and know how to make everyday very interesting. By either getting themselves into some kind of trouble, or just having a good time as close friends. This is just like how my life use to be. I had five very close friends in my life that I use to spend all my time with, in and outside of school. We use to do everything together, including playing video games, watching TV, going camping and even playing some basketball outside in my yard. Everyday was a good day when we were all together. All of these things that happen in the show were exactly how things were with me and my friends.
One comparison to Eric Foreman, that I really would like to make, is the fact one of my closest and best friends use to live with me. His name was Matt Rose. He relates to the character named Hyde in the show that was played by Danny Masterson. He to was the type of person who, thought that the so called “Man” was out to get him and everyone else in the world as well, you know the “hippie-rocker” type. Matt was truly a funny person and a good friend. He would always have a witty thought or comment to say in every situation. He came to live with me and my family because of a falling out of sorts with his mother. She to was an alcoholic just like Hyde’s mother was. Too bad Matt is not writing this paper, he and Hyde had a lot in common. Matt and I were always the closest friends of the group because we were friends for about Two years, before our group ever formed.
Although there are many aspects of my life that I could compare to the life of Eric’s, there are just as many things that share a contrast. One of the main things that are different between the two of us is that, the “Dad” figure in my life was not my real dad, he was only my step dad. So I didn’t have my real dad tell me that he would put his foot in my “ass,” as Eric’s Dad would say to him on a regular basis. It’s always funny the things that his dad would say to him. Also another thing that was a big difference was that none of my five closest friends were from another country, none of them could even speak another language. But the biggest thing that I would have to say that was different between my life and the life of Eric’s, was that none of my five friends were my girlfriend. Even though our group consisted of three girls and three guys, including me. No one in our group would ever date one another. We all felt that we should just all remain friends, and not to make it weird for anyone else in our group.
So as you can see there are many things in my life that are very similar to the teenage life of Eric Foreman’s in “That 70’s Show.” Like having a close net of exactly five friends, or us always hanging out in my basement. Even my best friend lived with me in my basement for a few years, which also was like the character Hyde in the show. But there are also many differences between his life and mine as well. Like the fact that no one in our group was foreign, or from another country, and also how the father figure in the picture was not my real father, just my step father. The biggest thing that I think is different is that no one in our group was my girl friend. No one in our group would date one another, just didn’t feel right. It felt like, if we were to date someone in our group and something went wrong in that relationship it would ruin the friendship of not only the two dating, but the others as well. So that was a big “NO.” So in conclusion as you have read Eric Foreman and I share quit a bit in common, but also have many differences. So I hope you liked learning a little bit about me, while using some comparisons and contrasts to the TV show character of Eric Foreman.

Dont sweat the small stuff
I feel that there is no other way to live then by taking full advantage of things that you have in life. I feel strongly about this saying, for a few reasons. Like being such an outgoing person and not letting the small things in life waste your time. Like worrying about what the next person got that you did not, or if something didn't work out just the way you wanted it to. Life is what you make it. These days there are so many little things that have people going crazy. I personally don't have the time or energy to those things interrupt my life. I am a father of a four year old boy, and he is the joy of my life. I have alot of responsibilities in life that need to be taken care of every day. I enjoy life and all it has to offer me, I take what I can get when I can get it. I make everyday count and live it to the fullest. So dont sweat the small stuff and enjoy life and all it has to offer you and "Don't sweat the small stuff."
